Day 2 - A Day at Sea

It is a long standing tradition that the first formal evening is held after the first full day at sea. Everyone magically transforms from the sunburned shorts and tee-shirt mass you see about the ship into elegantly clad men and women.

Dinner as usual, was superb. All of us chose the beef tenderloin for our entrée’ but the entire evening was special with all of us going to the Theater for the Captain’s

introduction and toast followed by the Celebrity Singers and Dancers performance of Broadway highlights.

Then Doug and Mark retired to the casino while the rest of us went to the disco to dance the night away.

We arrive in Grand Cayman early tomorrow morning and Tom and I have arranged to meet at one of the breakfast buffets just prior to meeting our excursion host for our dives tomorrow. Rob, Doug, Chris and Mark are shopping. We will call them once the dives are over to possibly meet up with them somewhere on the island.

Now it is time for bed.
